I’m thrilled to introduce you to Heidi Miller, a speech-language pathologist and the founder of HMS & Associates in New Jersey. Heidi has built a boutique, multi-location private practice known for its highly specialized, relationship-driven care with clinics in Florham Park, Park Ridge, and most recently Oakland.

But here’s what makes her story so different: She didn’t start with a grand vision of multiple clinics. She started with a clear vision of three days a week.

With over 25 years of experience, Heidi has worked across a range of clinical settings before opening her first in-person clinic 15 years ago. Today, her practice focuses on pediatric feeding disorders, ARFID, apraxia, and myofunctional therapy with an emphasis on advanced, evidence-based treatment and individualized care. She remains closely involved in mentoring her team and shaping the clinical standards across all three locations, ensuring a consistently high level of care.

Outside of patient care, Heidi is passionate about building a private practice model that blends clinical excellence with strong family partnerships — creating a trusted, referral-based brand where children, families, and clinicians can truly thrive. She also creates continuing education courses for other therapists and is a mom to three kids.
